Yeast DNA Isolation Mini Kit
Yeast cells have a hard cell wall that hinders researchers from quickly and effectively separating and extracting genomic DNA from yeast cells. This kit provides Lyticase that can efficiently hydrolyze yeast cell walls and a centrifuge adsorption column that can specifically bind to DNA for extracting genomic DNA from yeast cells. Using Lysis Solution to lyse cells, adding ethanol, and directly adding the solution to a centrifuge column that can efficiently and specifically adsorb DNA, can ma💯ximize the removal of impurities such as protein.
